What the platform is
AAA WebFiling is a browser-based operational platform for professionals who manage UK companies and recurring Companies House work. It brings company portfolio data, deadlines, supported filing workflows, client records and submission history into one application.
The service is operated by HAMILTONN LTD, Companies House number 15023569. HAMILTONN LTD was incorporated on 24 July 2023. We do not use an invented “established since” date or unverified filing-success statistics as a substitute for describing what the software actually does.
Why it exists
Managing Companies House obligations across many companies is an information-control problem as much as a filing problem. Different companies have different accounting reference dates, confirmation statement review periods, officers, PSCs, shareholder information, authentication credentials and supporting records.
AAA WebFiling is designed to reduce that fragmentation. The company record is the centre of the workflow: users can bring public Companies House information into the portfolio, review deadlines and history, prepare supported filings and keep the resulting records attached to the right entity.
What it is not
AAA WebFiling is independent software operated by HAMILTONN LTD and is not part of Companies House.
The platform does not replace an accountant's, company secretary's or lawyer's professional judgement. It does not determine whether a company qualifies for a particular accounts regime, whether a change is legally effective, or whether a filing is factually correct. Those responsibilities remain with the company and the people authorised to act for it.
How filing technology is organised
The application uses more than one Companies House integration because not every filing follows the same technical route. Supported software-filing workflows use the Companies House XML Gateway; selected other company actions use Companies House API/OAuth integrations; incorporation has its own structured workflow and status records.
The system retains relevant submission references, responses and statuses so a transmitted filing can be distinguished from a filing that is later accepted or rejected.
Product direction
Companies House currently says that all companies will need commercial software to file annual accounts from 1 April 2028. AAA WebFiling is being developed around that software-led future, while keeping current public claims limited to capabilities that are actually implemented.
