Important operating distinction
A white-label deployment changes the commercial presentation and agreed platform configuration. It remains independent software and must be clearly presented as not part of Companies House or HMRC.
Availability of a particular electronic filing type depends on the platform capability, Companies House route, presenter or OAuth credentials, filing permissions and the agreed operating model. Those requirements are confirmed during deployment scoping.
