Company incorporation workflow
A structured route from company-name pre-check through participant information, review, submission and later status.
AAA WebFiling includes a dedicated incorporation workflow for authorised users forming UK companies. The process is kept separate from post-incorporation filings so the proposed company, participants, incorporation data and submission record remain clear throughout the application.
How the current workflow is organised
Company-name pre-check
Search Companies House before entering the full incorporation wizard and review similar-name results before continuing.
Directors, secretaries & PSCs
Collect participant roles and information in a structured pre-check and carry the approved records into the incorporation workflow.
Identity-verification information
The participant workflow includes the Companies House identity-verification information required by the current incorporation process where applicable.
Draft, review & submission record
Save progress, review the proposed incorporation information and retain submission/status information for later follow-up.
New Incorporation Pre-Check
Check the company name and participant verification before continuing.
A pre-check does not determine Companies House acceptance
The name-search stage is an operational pre-check. Final incorporation remains subject to Companies House rules, required information, fees, identity-verification requirements and the registrar's decision. A proposed name being suitable to continue in the software does not guarantee incorporation.
Keep participant data accurate
The incorporation application depends on the information supplied about directors, secretaries, subscribers and people with significant control. Users should review the legal capacity, identity details and authority for every participant before submission rather than relying on automation to make those decisions.
